When you purchase the ATC-PC-DIALER-4 Auto Dialer or any other Telemarketing system from ATC, we want to do all we can to help you become familiar with our autodialer program, as well as successful, in the implementation of it into your business environment. We therefore have spent much time in the development of a User friendly software program, as well as incorporating an excellent system of Help files and pop up message boxes. However, there still may be times when you still need help. Most often, questions can be answered via e-mail or phone support. When necessary to diagnose a system failure however, Technical support is available by Remote access! We request that you have PC Anywhere installed in your PC. You call our direct line to set up a time to connect with Technical support. Tech Support will call back via direct hookup to your PC, where you have our program installed. Through Remote access via "PC Anywhere", this will allow the technician to fix most problems immediately without having to ship your telephony equipment back. This has been an exciting aspect of our technical support program, as it has saved our customers time and money. Generally, most problems can be handled remotely and therefore there is No Down time, due to shipping etc... No matter if you have a question that is simple or very technical, don't be afraid to drop us a line via e-mail, or give us a call, OR Both!
