It is understood that the "Try 'N' Buy" program is NOT a Rental or Trial program. There are NO Refunds. Customer agrees and understands that his credit amount is applied only towards the purchase of a new ATC-PC-DIALER-4 system. The provided used equipment MUST be returned in good condition and in proper working order. There shall be a 5 day shipping grace period on returns.

ATC shall warranty the provided equipment for a period of 90 days on parts, labor and one way shipping only. If for any reason the equipment must come back during the warranty period, the down time is not counted towards the Try 'N' Buy alloted time. If the customer fails to exercise the Trade-Up option at the end of the 90 days (+ 5 day shipping grace period), then the customer understands that the purchase of the Used equipment is considered final with No returns or refunds. Customer shall pay for any professional tapes provided as well as final shipping charges.
